Overview

Our Text-Based RPG Maker simplifies the process of creating text-based role-playing games by providing an intuitive graphical interface. With two distinct modes, "Make" and "Play," users can seamlessly transition from crafting their game world to experiencing it.

Features

1. Make Mode
   • Create Nodes: Build your game's narrative structure by adding nodes, each representing a story beat or decision point.
   • Title and Text: Assign titles and a text to each node. The title allowing for clarity and organization during development and the text being the message conveyed to the user.
   • Actions: Define actions available to the player at each node, such as "Continue" or "Thanks," to guide the player through the story.
   • Link Nodes: Establish connections between nodes to create branching storylines and dynamic player choices.
   • Save Functionality: While there's currently no automatic saving system, users can manually save their progress in the Make Mode to preserve their RPG creations.
2. Play Mode
   • Immersive Gameplay: Dive into the world you've crafted as a player, experiencing the story and making decisions based on the choices you've defined.
   • Message-Based Interaction: Respond to prompts and messages presented in the game, driving the narrative forward with your actions.
   • Reflects Make Mode Design: The Play Mode faithfully recreates the game experience based on the structure and choices made in the Make Mode.

How to Use

1. Enter Make Mode to design your text-based RPG, creating nodes, defining text and actions, and linking them together.
2. Save your progress in Make Mode to preserve your game.
3. Switch to Play Mode to experience your RPG firsthand, interacting with the story and making decisions as a player.
